Our company handles the "Three-Roll" manufactured by San Kiko. In the small thin plate "SR-B series," three-drive roll hardening and polishing is standard. The three-drive system improves material engagement, making it less likely to scratch the material during hardening and polishing, significantly extending the lifespan of the rolls. Additionally, by attaching the top roll holding die (optional), it has become possible to bend a 1.6t iron piece of 1000mm in length at a diameter of φ100.
